Description Of Work:
He did paintless dent removal and filled in a paint chip on a silver 2014 Honda Accord.
Member Comments:
It went really well! He did the work while I waited. It took maybe 30 minutes, and the dent removal was perfect. You can't tell anything ever happened.

Company Response:
I did a ton of Angie's list members work in the last month and a half and much of it was Very complex repairs that were right up my alley, in other words , I saved the customers lots of money because of our repair system and gave them superior repairs to boot. Having said that I have to shake my head that out of all those jobs I did you were the one that was kind enough to leave me this nice review . Thank you! I hated to charge you anything for your little ping and chip repair but once again thanks!

Description Of Work:
After reading reviews on Angie's List, and finding Colors on Parade was close to my house,I called to make an appointment for an estimate to my "sandwiched" Mazda Miata" with front and rear end damage. Mr. Lind asked about the damage, after which he said he probably could fix it, and gave me directions as to how to find his shop, so I could come for an estimate that afternoon.

Member Comments:
When I arrived for the estimate, I found the shop behind his house, which was out in the country. I only went part way into the shop, but it appeared to be immaculate.
The first thing Mr. Lind pointed out to me were all the cracks in the paint on the front bumper(it was scratched as well, but not damaged). It had been replaced with a re-conditioned bumper after an accident the year before. He said the cracks could have been caused by the re-conditioned bumper still having the old factory paint under the primer, thereby causing the paint layers to be very thick after the additional paint from last year's repairs. He was afraid additional painting would still leave it prone to cracks in the future.Later, while Mr. Lind was inspecting the other damage, he pointed out a small  kink on the top of both doors over the handles. He said these were caused by the rear quarter panels hitting the rear of the doors, and then snapping back, after the car was hit in the rear. Because of this damage, the car would need to be put on a frame machine, and he didn't have one.
Before I could ask him who he would recommend, he told me he used to have a shop in town, close to Piperformance Inc, and he and the owner used to send each other work. He called them, described the damages, and asked them if I could bring the car in for an estimate that afternoon. They said yes, so I thanked him and drove to Piperformance.
Mr. Lind  was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail to me. Even though his shop didn't have the equipment required for my repairs, he went out of his way to contact one that did, and set up an estimate time for me. Because of this, I would not hesitate to use him in the future.

Description Of Work:

Removed a door dent from a 2012 Toyota Highlander ....Blizzard Pearl Color

Member Comments:

I have to tell you that I do not write reviews. This review is very late in coming, so I apologize to Mr. Lind. One word to describe his work! Magic!

My damage was the passenger front door of my 2012 Toyota Highlander. What made the repair even more problematic was the damages occurred on a raised seam on the door. Three body shops wanted to replace the door skin (with after-market parts) and repaint three panels.

No only did he do an amazing job, but he did it half the price of anywhere else. It is rare to find customer attention to detail in todays customer service market. Mr. Lind restored my faith in quality work.

It is my understanding that the color "Blizzard Pearl" color that Toyota uses is very difficult to work with, apparently it is very runny and can be uncooperative. I have been told this by several body shops. Mr. Lind was a Picasso, his finishing and painting were extraordinary His attention to detail was microscopic. You would be making a big mistake taking you car anywhere else.

I could go on and on, but I would be repeating myself. If you have problem go to Mr. Lind. The best keep secret in the Triangle for body work.

His attitude positive and professional. There were no hidden charges, fees or extra expenses. I liked his result so much I paid him a little extra for the incredible job. Quality work and customer care is worth paying for, but when you get ALL that at his prices! You have hit the jackpot.
